Although the New Year's euphoria regularly bypasses the devotees, not the enthusiasm to seize every possible opportunity to celebrate Krishna. So on the last day of the calendar year 2021 we organized a big New Year's festival. The organization was joined by Kakudmi das who prepared pleasant surprises for the devotees in the form of a drama play on the theme "Mind reigns" and a mini-concert where a bhajan band sang a mahamantra to the famous tune of Abba, The Winner Takes It All. In addition to all this, Bhakti Ananda Tirtha Maharaj also honored us with his company, with whose bhajans and kirtan we entered the New 2022 year.
The last book distribution marathon exceeded all expectations. Thus, in December 2021, 4629 Srila Prabhupada's transcendental books were distributed in Croatia! It is worth noting that this marathon records an increase of as many as 916 books, compared to previous year marathon.
From the increasingly popular Mantra Waves program for new people another program has emerged - 'Be a monk'. The goal of the program is to enable them, in addition to visiting our programs in the city, to find a more transcendental experience of Krishna consciousness in the association of devotees who live as monks in the temple. Thus, four completely new people spent three days in the temple where they acquired a lot of knowledge and some skills.

Still impressed by last year's December Weekly Sankirtan Festival, unstoppable devotees, especially our young forces, held harinams in the city almost daily, and about 600 Srila Prabhupada's books were distributed in January.
Devarsi Narada das and Gopi-gita devi dasi gave a lecture on a topic from Srila Prabhupada's famous book - The Light of Bhagavata.
In the company of His Holiness Candramauli Swami, we celebrated all the devotees who distributed, not less than one book, but more than zero books.
As usual, the first place went to Nayanananda das.
He was followed by Lomancita das in second place, who interestingly, distributed more books, but Naya got him on points as he distributed more big books that are “worth” more.
We are pleased to inform you that on March 14 2022, the entire amount of HRK 206,000.00 needed for the renovation of the parking lot was collected! The cubes have been selected and for some days the process of their purchase as well as additional material will be completed. We are the first in waiting line for the contractor. We will continue to keep you informed of the progress of the work.
We remind you that, after the construction of the temple itself, renovation of parking lot is our biggest capital project. We dared to choose quality at least at a higher price, because for Sri Sri Gaura Nitai and the devotees we want only the best.

In parallel with the parking lot we plan to enter into another smaller temple renovation project, but we leave that to be a surprise.
